Our Beginning
Based out of Kansas City and Nashville US, Freaky Things is an eclectic music project. We have a vintage hard rock sound with a melodic metal twist! Our journey began by releasing our very first single, "Rise of the Outlaws".
Our Other Side
The darker, magic side of Freaky Things was born with our first EP. The "Magic Songs" volumes are a separate project based on the game Magic The Gathering. We pick 5 cards and write songs and storylines to them.
Our Videos
Freaky Things has an appetite for entertainment and theatrics! We continue to evolve with the medium of visual art and song. Watch for more intense, creative and theme based videos that will showcase and relay the messages of the songs we create.

Meet The Freaks!
"Born somewhere between a late night horror marathon, a stack of worn out Kiss records, and the glowing haze of a Midwest dive bar jukebox, Kansas City based Freaky Things crashes headfirst into modern rock with zero interest in acting their age. Fronted by wild eyed vocalist Joey Spiller and fueled by the twin guitar attack of Chuckie Arlund and Adam Livella, the band blends filthy hard rock riffs, massive hooks, cinematic storytelling, and just enough chaos to make you question whether the band is cursed or simply under-rehearsed. Backed by Scott J Garner’s thunderous bass and Clarence McWilliams beating the drums like he’s trying to summon demons through a PA system, Freaky Things delivers songs about monsters, heartbreak, magic, obsession, and survival with the energy of guys who still believe rock and roll can save your life, or at least ruin it in the most entertaining way possible."
